This is depressing! When I traveled in the sixties with my Masters in hand from Berkeley, I found even high school graduates in Europe better educated. Is that no longer true? Has the whole of humanity been dumbed down?

I prefer facts. What I can report is that at the very highest level in Europe, this is where I believe they have hatched this plot to save the EU from total destruction.
