So, I’m thinking “oh dear,” if one has been used to considering “essence” and “substance” as rather synonymous … does that mean one has rather limited experience with the substantial side, or the essential? or both?

I’ve been wondering if these “natural” disasters are going to keep on slamming various locations nationwide preventing any financial turnaround (or maybe accelerating some parts of the economy and decimating others)…and I guess that may be Agenda 21 in action.
