Somebody mentioned turmeric in another post and that was good advice. Powerful anti inflammatory flavones/flavonoids are in blueberries (myricetin) and celery (luteolin) which are cheap this time of year. We need bioavailable silica (OSA) to make collagen for connective tissue repair. Beer has a lot, but I don’t drink alcohol anymore, so I…[Read more]

I’ve had the tea but not with the intention of aluminum detox. As soon as I saw your post I knew I paid too much for it. LOL I’ve been using Patrick Flanagan’s Crystal Energy to spike all my coffee, water, and juice with silica hydride for over 20 years.

Yes, very well. So fermented red cabbage for the Yttrium–a very interesting mineral indeed.

There’s so much going on in that reply that is awesome I don’t know where to begin. But I will say this–I think we will begin to see some efficacious solutions to the dystopian environment with which we have been challenged. Thank you, Bryce.

Excellent! I literally reference that book several times a week, it is fairly obscure and am surprised you mentioned it. So many astute and well-informed members here. On pg. 80-81 of the book: “…we are required to put beets and the by-products of beets on a nutritional pedestal. Beets are the most powerful medicine in the pantry.” Beets do…[Read more]

The bud that turned me on to this book had no idea what was on pgs 289-293…The Terminal Word.
      If you haven’t read it…surprise. :>O

  • Hello fellow Gizars! I will occasionally copy & paste information here that I think is critically important. To the highly informed folks that make up our membership, do not feel the need to explain why. BTW, cucumbers are also an excellent source of bioavailable silica.

    • I need to add…in the grains mentioned, we no longer get silica from them due to pharming practices/GMO/roundup.
Horsetail is excellent & I’m kicking myself for not grabbing some in the wild before road construction plowed it up.
Check out Orgono…there’s 2 different kinds, 1 for sports injuries, both utilize horsetail. Not cheap, but lots…[Read more]

      • Equisetum is pretty hard to demolish permanently. It might come back. If it was on the side of your road, then it is probably somewhere not far away along the edge of a stream/river. It must have been growing in the swale…

    • My land plot is full of horsetail – how do you suggest using it? As a tea?
