Yep. Truth be told I’m not sure Joseph will enjoy and benefit from members ‘just’ looking for a forum for bright people. Surely his ongoing work will benefit from conversations with those conversant with his body of work. -

A community is anchored in something. Giza has been anchored by Joseph’s work. It seems to me to becoming ‘just another place’ people post whatever. My two cents? Do some homework, integrate yourself into the existing community. Welcome aboard.-
I think people are forgetting that Dr. F does a good deal of public interviews, plus a podcast here and written essays. The comments on these provide a lot of insight and background on his work and community repsonses to it. I am appreciative of how much he makes public. I listen to him all the time. Of course more would always be better!

What I have loved about Giza has been the marvelous opportunity to learn. Back in the day new Gizars would go back and listen to old vidchats, possibly even in order, view webinars and white papers and read Joseph’s books best case, also in order. Members of the community would then post and discuss with a unique understanding of the very big p…[Read more]

Conned: I get what you are saying. I am an older newbie and have stepped through most of the getting up speed stuff. It is challenging to make way for such a huge increase in subscribers and God knows Joseph has needed the increase in subscribers. I try to be patient, but things aren’t working as well – IMO. As a result, I am cautious about…

I miss that too Conned. I remember thinking several weeks ago that the GDS forum looks too much like my [political] twitter feed. Maybe with the upcoming site design there will be different chat options. Hoping things will change for the better in the new year. Needing a mental sanctuary!
-
I’m hoping for that too. All the current political commentary does remind me of *insert random social media system name here*. I hope the new forum takes account of that, makes space for it, but makes space “over there somewhere”. It’s time to get back to the bigger picture stuff of Dr. Farrell’s oeuvre and discuss that more often, in my…

If I understand correctly, there are plans for a monthly, shorter open vidchat vs the bi-monthly member-only longer vidchats.

forum commenting is a free membership. Paid memberships include the vid chats.

thank you! I do listen to Dr. F frequently – he does a lot of interviews available to the public.

Tired of the politics too. Do a quick glance daily but have nothing to contribute. Feel more and more disconected.

Amen, Conned…

There are some gems in the previous vidchats webinars etc., and don’t underestimate the value of the old Byte Show interviews, that can be found on the internet.
-
Part of the problem in my opinion is the socialmedia styled message board. Its impossible to discuss topics because they are lost in a few days. I would love a old style messageboard with different sections where you can discuss different topics and keep everything organized, like there was a few years ago. Btw the old vidchats are gold.
-
I didnt use the old topical forum. It was too interesting to see the weaving of RELEVANT ideas in the main forum. I’m not lamenting the loss of opportunity to dicuss. IMO we had plenty of opportunity to discuss; comments, pms and the drafting of intelligent well informed vidchat questions. I’m lamenting the ‘run of the mill’ newsie quality…

Maybe it’s because I don’t use social media, but I’ve found value in hearing the “alternative” but intelligent take that Gizars tend to have on current events, geopolitics, and the potential covert agendas involved. Those are things Dr. Farrell seems to have some interest in, even if there isn’t always a particular book that obviously and…

Critical thinking demands speculation. I seek out informed speculation. The breadth of the intellectual foundation for Joseph’s speculation is extraordinary.

Elizabeth Holmes was a media darling. Her company, Theranos went down with scandal. She was reportedly falsifying test results. I never heard her tesing involved light though.

Odd. Ive been reviewing ‘exposés of big corporations to flesh out my understanding of how they go about their business. I’ve been pondering a chapter in Sally Denton’s book about Bechtel, The Profiteers.
Chapter 41, ‘A Nasty Piece of Work’ is devoted to the case of ‘spy’ Johnathan Pollard. What strikes me as odd is that she establishes no…[Read more]-

I did not wander the house and my siblings spent little time with me. When I went back to school I was well and not penalized for my absence. I did not have to make up busy wor…[Read more]

I took Kris Anne’s Constitution course at her Liberty First University. She does a great job contextualizing it historically. Her voice is a bit shrill but if you can listen through that it’s well worth it. https://krisannehall.com/index.php/liberty-first-university

Why would California legislature approve?
1. They now have an acknowledged deficit of 85 billion (it’s more like 100 billion.)2. They are adding approximately 4 billion per month to the deficit during the lockdown.
3. California has failed to provide audited financial statements to the federal gov as required by law; 3 weeks ago, it filed the 2…[Read more]

FYI Paul Preston, President of New California reports that events are speeding up the timeline and increasing the liklihood of approval of New California by the California legislature. The current forecast for that approval is Aug, Sept. Then the 4th stage of creation of the state which is presentation of the Declaration with the approved…[Read more]
