They’re probably laughing their heads off. If I were a you-know-what theorist, I might think they were trying to create a little extra trauma while they’re at it–not just mental trauma, but physical too. Like putting a stick so far up your nose it risks puncturing your brain, or putting you through some other humiliating “test” for the…[Read more]-
Yes humiliation is one of the mind cracking procedures. I know I feel it and see it with the everyone wearing masks. Still creeps me out, especially grown adults and children appearing on TV sports programs and commercials.

I thought things had quieted down since the “election.” Certain entities retiring back to under the bridges and such. I guess it was too good to last. What color is it going to be this time? Red’s already taken, with that business back in 1917.-
Pretty sure the color this time is going to be purple:

You didn’t get the memo? It’s purple.
And I don’t believe things have quieted down. We are dealing with a slow boil.-
I’d heard about the purple for the U.S. I was wondering what color it’s going to be in Russia. I agree it’s a slow boil out in the world. I was referring to the “quiet” (relative lack of out-of-place, inflammatory posts) on this forum.

Gotta get more Dem seats in the Senate by hook or (more likely) by crook… Why don’t they just pass a bill enabling one-party rule? They could call it the “Enabling Democracy Act.” -

Let’s hope this discourages the other vax manufacturers! Funny how they’re abandoning the vax in order to focus on developing a therapeutic drug. Maybe they figured they could make more money from a costly drug than from a vax. (Never mind that there are cheap existing treatments… That’s never stopped a drug company before.) Glad to see…[Read more] -

Nah, no worries, I don’t have a safe space (nor, in general, do I tend to warm to those who advocate them). What made me bristle was the thought that identity politics might be invading even technology and discussions of AI. -

I don’t get the current obsession with sex and gender in all things. I thought we were past seeing humans through the lens of sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, etc., and now it’s not just humans, but objects. And then when there are actual problems in real life, well, ideology comes first and reality takes a backseat. It’s nuts. I…[Read more]-
hope I didn’t violate your safe space by bringing up the issue of ascribing a gender to an AI service. I thinking giving a machine a gender is fascinating but I understand how others may not agree. I always have liked learning what french nouns were masculine or feminine.

Right, and supposedly there are 5 different models. “Sophia” and “Grace” are the only versions I’ve heard about, sure makes one curious about the other three.

I think a lot of the insane-sounding announcements of the past year have been trial balloons–removing people from their homes to “facilities” if they’ve got CV1984, forgiving all debt in exchange for giving up all property rights, and so on. They’re trying to figure out how far they can go before they get serious pushback. I’ve been…[Read more] -

I don’t know if this is the one you’re looking for, but it’s somewhat similar. This is part 1, which is pretty much Mikovits; there are some other people in part 2, but I don’t think RFK Jr. is in either one.
