What are the odds this is the same one that was in the desert, cut in half to get it out and rewelded for its new location in California. That is my guess and, like you said, idiot welder, no less.

sorry for the double post i didn’t see this. There was a rumor before the election that Biden would be removed from the ticket and Hillary put on and some other machinery. Nothing came of it. There’s another way (you may have already had this in mind in your two options): Slowly expand and normalize the use of an “immunity pass” to go about daily life. Get the vaccine, get the pass. No need to mandate the vaccine itself.
