    In other words, has standing.

    • Yep. So at least somebody’s using some decent legal strategizing on this attempt! Not that I believe legal arguments are what will ultimately make the difference in this case.

The actual numbers indicate that the “half” that think it’s fair is far less than 50%, it is just that the half” that feel cheated from a rigged election, a number that is greater than 50%, are usually non-violent, quiet, often former military, certainly the working people who are usually too busy feeding their families and who have now been…[Read more]

    • … remember as Christopher Titus reminds us about the difficulty of revolution in America. From his Neverlution — “Everyone wants a revolution, but no one’s willing to pack a lunch.” He also points out that during the revolution meeting the attendees find it difficult to get everyone’s day planners to sync up.

      • I’ve said something similar. “Everyone wants a revolution, but nobody wants to train for one.”

Up to 17 states (1/3) have now joined TX in this law suit. As Bongino shows, it not only suggests harm to voters who thought they were voting in a fair election but that the harm will also be if the Vice President is selected through unConstitutional means who could break a tie in the Senate. Pretty smart.

He’s a lawyer, after all… This is typical lawyer-type evasiveness. Anyone studying law learns early on to analyze every single word of any official text or statement. Later, they learn the art of using words to create loopholes.

    • Spot-on!!! I did not find the video clip of his statement that was played on ABC Fake News tonight, but someone might be able to find it and post the vid clip. I just took another assignment, and need to do some ‘work’.

      • I still can not find any video clip of Barr making the statement that he has seen “no evidence of election fraud” that was shown on ABC Fake News. Where’s the video?

    • He actually hasn’t been looking, either, according to Sidney Powell. The DOJ and FBI have been MIA in all of this.

Regarding, Barr saying that “there is no evidence of election fraud.” is not fully correct. I watched him say I have “not seen” evidence of election fraud. Big difference. The man is ‘willfully’ blind to Truth.

    • Forest for the tree’s thing…. My point was the drivers testimony, not what Barr said. I was relating where I found the information and what the headline was. The point of mentioning it was I wasn’t sure of its validity, the video, and if somebody could dispute the video or any aspect of it, cool. Then I have more information. I didn’t have…[Read more]

There are about a hundred different ways, if not more, to dig into this one. So I’ll boil it down as best as possible. It is not just one industry. What ails one, ails all. We have no law in this country anymore nor anyone to enforce it. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, meant to govern over the representatives of the people.…[Read more]

There’s another way (you may have already had this in mind in your two options): Slowly expand and normalize the use of an “immunity pass” to go about daily life. Get the vaccine, get the pass. No need to mandate the vaccine itself.

As far as uptake, I’m not sure why a vaccine or any other mitigation measure would be deemed necessary for the…[Read more]

Yep. Just as the AP report said that Biden is the 46th President, a Facebook page makes a person a violent Trump supporter. Very convincing. (Uh… not). We are sick of it, but I seriously doubt blowing up the convention center is on the list. The people who blow things up (like ROTC buildings in the late 1960’s) are Marxists. Just saying.

    • Oh, I don’t discount for a second the possibility of a heavily publicized “pro-Trump” false flag – by Marxists, covert ops folks, corporate mercenaries, or whomever.
