Well, David Childress just sent me two samples of cover art for the new book ________ and the ________, one of which I really liked. So… progress in the pipeline!

I just heard from David Childress, and he has contacted the artist for the cover-art, and sent a contract for the book, so, progress is being made!

Please understand that there ARE Roman Catholic bodies that USE the Orthodox ritual, but that are in communion with Rome, and they will even call themselves Orthodox, but they are not. One cannot be Orthodox and in communion with Rome for a variety of reasons.

It seems to be the case, the man heading the “Orthodox Mission” Andrew Vujisić, is not a part of the Catholic Orthodox Church. So we have no Orthodox presence yet. I would welcome a real Orthodox Church with open arms hehe. I need a way out of this religious madness.

Thank you Margaret and Joseph – actually I like both of these interpretations: there is a majesty about the first one which I find emotionally moving; and Pinnock’s has the lovely lively energy coming through the more historical rendition. Lovely!!

Just finished my first read-through of ______ and the _____. Much to my surprise, it wasn’t the horrifying mess I thought it was, but it’s still a mess.

If I may aliken the process to creating a painting, you often find that close up it seems messy.. you have to take 3-5 good steps back then, look again. 🙂 But thats for paintings. not books.

Im finishing my first book. It started out to be 325 pages, my editor threw it in a wood chipper. We (I) started “pairing it down.” Advice; Don’t write a book, it can send you to the rubber room. It took me another year to get it down to around 180/200 pages.
