When Max Igan explains the aquifer arising from the summer flooding of the NT, and we are talking about something like up to 30 feet of water across the low parts of that end of the “island”, and that it is all being utilized by mining, fracking, etc., it is literally horrifying. Some of these pictures remind me of the sovereign holidays with moderns dressed in traditional clothing.
