My doubt in respect of your idea is that there is no single “Mister Global” that can push buttons to make things happen everywhere without glitches, even in the USSA. I guess it depends on where a person lives. Everything has been pretty normal where I live and most people I’ve heard from don’t believe it anyway…but then again I live in small town amerika, so that may explain it.
