That was a total wow. Funny, I think I knew people who talked about her and that I should meet her when she was in Bennington. One more proof that the purpose of zoning boards is ultimately for public land acquisition. Preventing use for food culture, aka agriculture, is equivalent to “taking” land. When these decisions are made by government employees, it becomes a matter of “sovereign immunity” so that you have little repercussion once the “edict” has been made.
