This is concerning, but I guess nothing would surprise me. The first thing that comes to mind is smuggling something in. Perhaps one of those “firecrackers” Dr. JPF has referred to? Perhaps this is why there’s all the reports of increased military birds overhead (looking for something)? Or not, that’s just the direction my mind goes.

The non-governmental public are nearly the same (thought I can sit and listen to your accents from NT to NSW and wish I could copy them – I can do the American versions) but those in govt. could not be more different.
