Does “turning off your device” work? My understanding that unless you have a faraday cage around your chips (your device), well grounded, it will still be affected and probably won’t work after one of these massive solar events. What IS the truth?

Plausible, but I don’t believe they are quite ready with the power/robotics aspect of it yet. This may be one of the reasons for the Texas tower in yesterdays blog.
