Just a little anecdote…whenever I have to fill out a form and it asks me for my “gender”, I ALWAYS cross out the word “gender” and write “sex” above it. The question they are asking is simply wrong. I am not a noun today and an adjective tomorrow (although I have plenty of adjectival ranting I could do on these language technicians), and…[Read more]-
I go a step further. When it asks for race I cross them all off and write “human.”
