I miss that too Conned. I remember thinking several weeks ago that the GDS forum looks too much like my [political] twitter feed. Maybe with the upcoming site design there will be different chat options. Hoping things will change for the better in the new year. Needing a mental sanctuary!-

There are some concepts here that, for me are not new, having said that; some of the good take-aways is focusing on others creates a feedback loop that benefits the sender as well as the receiver, small groups seem to be very effective, incorporating symbolism may amplify the effect.
