Book Depository is great but I’m pretty sure the money doesn’t get back to Joseph. I use it to order older crafts books (like knitting and weaving) plus occasionally old novels we can’t find anywhere else.

Which unfortunately is now treated as a foreign country – I got Microcosm and Medium from Lulu US in about a week. I got half way through and had some things to do, just came back a couple of hours later and it has been “removed from You Tube for violating Company Standards!” I hope Joseph an the host can get it up somewhere else or at least put in the members area of the site – this is outrageous!

I’ve used the clothing of the Old Believer’s when doing speculative Norse clothing. The women still wear essentially apron dresses (there is a debate if they are Norse or from Russian Coats without sleeves but they look the same) and their fantastic tradition of woven belts (I’ve made a few now). Very interesting people I do have to say.

Husband and I were just talking about this, his thinking was the weather situation may be a natural Polar Vortex, he did wonder if the collapsing grids might be part of a cyber attack of sorts possibly from Iran or elsewhere.
