Well once folks go too far to the Left, or to the Right then where does that put them? At the bottom of the Circle, or as I like to say, “At the bottom of the barrel!” So, those are the folks we really need to watch out for in the End. They are the most dangerous.

Yes, and from which political spectrum, or direction, does violent extremism almost, virtually always, or almost all-ways come? No need for me to point out the obvious aspects behind General Austin’s viewpoint as anyone who cares to dive a little deeper into the issue can determine, and all folks are urged to do their own research. OK, so when you click the ‘Subscribe’ link it goes into the ether. Cancel Culture at Work. Who was the 1st person to use the term ‘Cancel Culture’? Anybody want to take a guess?

        • Good morning Nidster,

i have no idea who originally coined the phrase, but back in the day if you had a problem with someone in grades school you would walk up to their face and “call them out” • you would then meet at the playground at the end of the day & scrap it out . . . Simple • most times you’d find both participants of the scrap…

          • I was just throwing the question out here to see if anyone was aware of who used the term ‘Cancel Culture’. I know who used it going back a few years, but just wanting to see if anyone else had an idea. Thanks for your Reply!

            • My pleasure Nidster,

Who was it ? How many years back ? Thank you in advance . . .

Correct. A court case in Portugal involving a person arriving in that country was to quarantine themselves, but the court’s ruling was the covid tests can not be trusted for various reasons, not the least which is said in the tweet linked above … “The simplest way to say it is that the test is incapable of identifying infection. Did not read all the ‘links’, but what was the ‘best’ way to defeat it’s most insidious aspects? Thanks for any suggestions.

              • Honestly Nidster I would just get rid of it.

                  • I appreciate the suggestion, but I stopped watching, or even having one of those ‘things’ in my presence many, many, many years ago! So, I recommend everyone do the same!!! …just sayin’

Same sort of sentiment arose during ObamaNations’ term as POTUS. Problem was, and still is America stands stronger together, so long as we can have ‘civil’ discourse instead of a”Civil Wa….”.

                    • 2021, 01-19 As planned, here comes the ‘purge’

Retired four-star Army general Lloyd J. Austin III began his confirmation hearing on Tuesday, 01-19-2021 to become Secretary of Defense. General Austin addressed the need of the military to step up efforts in combating the coronavirus pandemic, as well as right-wing extremism within the ranks of the…[Read more]

I recognize that the idea I present is as foreign as the fact that viruses have never been proven to cause disease. It will take some thought over time.

Well written post, Rheba. Yes, it is a Republic that morphed into a Democracy over time. Today we are barely clinging to that as the widespread election fraud indicated the system can be easily manipulated by liars, cheaters, and worse. Today we see the oligarchy’s influence in Canceling anyone with your ideas out of existence in the free…[Read more]

                              • Considering that we take our lead from the Roman Republic, I still maintain my original argument that we never were a true Republic in the classical Roman sense, nor certainly are we today. Especially when one considers the Republican Magistrates and all their varying levels of authority which could often be absolute, highly interchangeable,…

                                • Thanks Nidster. I however think that the only democracy ever in this country took place in the New England style town meeting.
