I use a PS4 app to access YT. Their app requires that I see their ridiculous corporate news thumbnails along with my selected content subscriptions. What do you mean with “YT forcing you to see”. Sorry I sound so ignorant but I don’t see ads or anything else during my youtube sessions. I watch the content that is created by creator and yes sometimes they ad an ad themselves, that i am forced to see. I do use an adblocker.
