I seem to have read somewhere, maybe in your book on JFK, or Heinrich Kruger’s book on the heroin trade, that some of the personnel involved in planning and boots on the ground were common to both. I didn’t think the OAS were quite the spent force implied in Forsyth’s novel.

Just finished Day Of The Jackal by Frederick Forsyth, excellent thriller about the potential assassination of Charles de Gaulle, probably everyone has read it except me. Interesting that the action takes place in August 1963, 3 months before Kennedy’s assassination.

Yep you got that right Enrico. I’ve owned the Barracuda since July last year, but it’s only in the last 2 weeks that I’m satisfied with the way she’s running. Big Chrysler car show in 2 weeks at Albury NSW. Can’t wait!

That last vidchat was outstanding. I think I was in front of the screen for about 7 hours, including the prechat. The questions, comments and Dr Joseph’s lectures and rants were of a particularly high standard. I have the utmost respect for the folk who make up the Giza community.
