I lived on the Hudson River across from the Palisades in the 1980s and you couldn’t have paid me a gazillion dollars to go in that water. I have seen some dang nasty things floating by in that river….

Freefall, I don’t know what “The Hillary Episode” was; but I am pretty sure that, whatever it was that was hustled into the back of that black van on 11Sep16 was not a living human being (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StyKyAFOGLY). Perhaps the Hillary robotoid that was on duty that day suffered a major failure, or perhaps it was a distraction of…[Read more]

I would posit that this was an assault with a psychotronic weapon, similar to the one Hillary Clinton experienced in Jun16 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65DVsjA_izk). Merkel’s attacker would have known that Merkel would be standing still and targetable for a known period of time while the national anthems were playing. A rare opportunity,…[Read more]

Well, indeed. Having seen how Ehang’s software is able to manage swarms of small drones flying in tight formations without colliding, it’s quite encouraging. At the same time, it is hard not have the same misgivings people contemplating travel in a railway carriage or a horseless carriage for the first time probably had.
While writing, I should…[Read more]

Twice I’ve seen a semi-tractor trailer hauling oil field pipe w/no driver. Had to do a quadruple take as I couldn’t see if a midget was driving.
It had some device dangling/swinging from the top of the cab that looked like a 360 degree cam.
I see insurance exclusions in the future. -

California approves the carrying of (for the time being) non-fare paying passengers. Drivers are required to be in the vehicle…..just in case!

Great point Ronin .. It most certainly resembles a reboot or break down of some kind ..

Thanks for the info. I’ve used Proton for about a year. I use Wickr Me to send “texts” back and forth with my like minded friends.

I recently heard from a regular ‘trusted contact’ who said a trusted friend told her that gee mail had removed a photo of a gun attached to a messagel he sent his brother, with this explanation: “We are sorry, there are restrictions that keep us from offering this particular item for purchase in your area.” For sensitive communications I use ProtonMail.

I use the Proton 500Mb freebie for biz transactions that I forward to Lavabit. Proton being based @ CERN gives me pause. I really don’t think any of them escape the Hoover & here’s why…DPI. Deep Packet Inspection. This came about in ’08 IIRC. It’s not just 5 eyes. There’s 6, the last being where all this info is being routed. As long as…[Read more]

I was reminded by a good and trusted friend to be VERY wary of the disinformation that is being disseminated widely as “truth”, including by some of the “trusted whistleblowers”. I am taking that advice to heart, Bryce.

I am planning a trip out of the country in the fall and my European friend reminded me that I would need an International Driver’s permit to drive there. That sent me on a bit of a net surf to figure out what I needed, where I needed to go for (MORE!) passport photos, etc. That led me to THIS little tidbit of information. I was not aware that…[Read more]

Curious…does your passport have the star? Or does one have to shell out more money for one rendered useless? Thought it weird USPS now offers passports, till I found out they came under the mil umbrella after the name change from “post office” to USPS.
I know my state fought the “real ID” but recently acquiesced.-
The point is that it won’t matter what your state decided if you decide to travel by air as getting back to your state might be a problem if you don’t have the correct ID to get back on the plane. If you look up the “Real ID”, you will see what states are in compliance and those that got an extension… whatever that means.
-
My question was regarding your passport.
-
They did not mention any passport update requirements; just driver’s licenses.
-
I haven’t been on a plane since ’02 & don’t plan to.
My understanding is the passport is sufficient rendering the DL moot.

Perhaps these sort of backups are area/provider specific. I know for a fact that if you live in the Union Pacific territory, their tracks use solar backup’s for many of their rail side instrumentation. Keep an eye out for “future resources” while driving. In the event of a war stateside, or some other unrest, finders keepers. 🙂
