My electronic copy of 1984 is still on my Kindle. It has the original publisher and copyright info before the chapter pages. A legal copy. The copy removed from some Kindles was probably a bootleg copy thus a violation of copyright law.

I miss the cozy old timey public libraries with oak book shelves, soft fabric chairs and the milled paper smell of books. I thought they were so boring as a teenager, when ever I was forced to check out books for some dreaded report. Now I really miss that, new libraries are so sterile, awful, modern and uncomfortable. By design I’m sure.

I really do believe there is huge pushback to this and would not be surprised if this so called Great Reset gets hijacked by other players as, economically, you could say it provides an opportunity of chaos to aggregrate and settle into other systems, so they may have unwittingly paved the way for a reset not of their making. They have been driving the storms away from Central TX, too, while flooding the rice fields that were ready to be harvested in Louisiana. Any gas/oil fields there have been flooded (none of these are fracking facilities) so whatever yield was available has now been shut down indefinitely.

Every time I watch Gigi she lifts my spirits, she has a lot of positive energy.
