@jaytrout Howdy Jay, how’s things? Looking forward to some time off, I’ll bet. On Tuesday Arj and I spent our respite hours visiting Yvette and family to make up for babysitting Ma on Saturday night. Denise showed Arj Annie, her baby fruit bat. And we gossiped. Say, I’m asking our GDS friends about potential UFO sightings. Have you seen anything in the sky – or on the ground for that matter – that you couldn’t find a ready explanation for? Besides the moon, as Margaret wisely advised. As a matter of fact, in 1977, (before I ever did drugs!, I saw a flourescent blue fireball in the sky on Chesuncook Lake in Maine. This lake rests next to Mt. Kathadin, the northernmost terminus of the Appalachain Trail. We canoed out to a small island in the lake and camped there. Suddenly “swoosh.” Like a day-glo blue flaming basketball. Scared the hell out of me. What’s weirder, I related this story to a friend years later. He also spent time in the area. One of the Chesuncook village residents witnessed his house lighting up with blue light (after dark) and didn’t know where it came from. Related? You tell me. I once had an alleged medium tell me it was a probe from a UFO. Ha!
