More on the octopus. The 10th man new thinking …

Interesting:
(1) DNA of octopus is stable (no “evolution”)
(2) DNA of octopus comes with initial RNA program — l
(3) RNA of octopus is reprogrammed from its original setting — for adaptation
From which I could conclude
DNA may be stable because the octopus lives deep in the ocean waters (no UV light)
or because the RNA can make up for fixed…[Read more]

A few months ago one of my good friend’s girlfriends{she is in her early 60} Was interviewed by cbc in victoria about the MK ultra program. Her mother was one of the ladies they experimented on. I can say This stuff def destroyed there family.

And to think that I was a student at McGill … glad I did not participate in any of those “paid-guinea-pig” experiments that were advertised in the papers for starving students looking for a little cash. While the French send troops to / have puppet governments in the mineral rich Sahel, I wonder how will China provide protection for its stake in Namibia.
-
Excellent point! Shows the different approaches so far:
(1) Western approach: coercive plunder enforced using sticks (BRUTE FORCE)
(2) Eastern approach: non-coercive plunder using carrots (SOFT POWER)-
Which is why China keeps a low profile, as it does not possess the sticks needed to be brash and arrogant, at least for the time being. The Chinese do have a base in Djibouti (not that far from Namibia) but I am not sure what they pan to do with it.

Well JAW, Cairns is said as “cans”, remember the US and Australia are two countries separated by the same language.
In the US, the rear of a car is a “trunk”, in Oz it’s a boot. and on and on I could go.
Glad you liked it here, the Aussies are the closest to the people of the US, the English are nothing like the people of the US.

Anybody have some spare ytterbium?

If indeed the state of atoms could in a state of resonance maintain their integrity โforeverโ then we would have the elements of a stable form of matter, perhaps suitable as a vehicle for storing the โsoulโ or โspiritโ? Something eternal & unchanging (but who would want that?)

There was an old movie called “Time Stalkers” it’s available on YouTube, however this is the movie that awoke my love for time travel as a kid, and if I remember correctly the items they used for time travel were called “Time Crystals”. I’ll have to watch again soon.

DJ puts great stock in what Steiner says and often seems to take it literally, but in my view, when Steiner “reveals” something, one should recall that in the Hermetic tradition, to “reveal” means to “re-veil”.
-
I thought something similar to this myself… I want to try to explain it, and I beg forgiveness because I often take too many words to express myself.
Basically I wondered to myself (after a 12 hour day X-series binge) “Does DJ’s Christian Esoteric beliefs and respect for Theosophy’s center harm his research or aid it?”
I sort of came to the…[Read more]-
Dr. Farrell has said more than once that there is an atheistic interpretation to the Top Metaphor. Think of the ascended masters as conduits of contextualized information; I don’t believe that they have much potency any more, but I think that Dark Journalist is understanding the transaction of unified intention.

That’s very helpful thank you!

I presume DJ will clarify his thought better when his book comes out, and in any case we can be grateful to him for “doing the groundwork” and making public so many research leads.

The latest Dialogue mentions movie sound tracks and “affekt”. Two of the greatest composers are Nino Rota and Ennio Morricone (the latter is shown below conducting “Mission”)

The tears are a product of “affekt”. And Gurdjieff, in “Meetings with Remarkable Men”, refers to this skill in composers rooted in ancient tradition.
