This is just too sad. When we can pass off machine written music as something to listen to we have lost a great deal.

My handwriting is pretty poor too. I used to struggle to read my father’s writing when I was a child and complained about it…. all these years later, when I compare our writing I see mine is much more illegible! My excuse could be that I am left handed…. the truth is I abandoned the writing style we were taught (cursive) a long time ago as…[Read more]

There goes our Western Civilization.

The idea that handwriting is redundant and possibly recalcitrant and thus immoral seems to be the underlying aim of the corporations that sell digital machines. Handwriting employs a proper form, a proper matter and a proper intent for cohering a sacrament which anatomizes Ratio.

I expected to see something about charging of the minute crystals contained in the mineral and not a heat sink, but it is interesting in any case-

This is a devoted fan’s homage website to Robert Sapolski, who I think refers to himself as a *human behavioral biologist*. It includes links to a full series of lectures given by Sapolski at Stanford. I watched the first one, which is the course introduction.. He talks about

Earthquake lights…. does anyone know any more about this idea?
My initial guess would be that it is not the “explosions of transformers and electrical machines” as spouted by the expert for the article but rather something like the aurora borealis and to do with earth’s magnetic field. I believe Ben Davidson (suspiciousobservers) and others…[Read more] -

This is a longish read about the CIA / NSA technology sponsorship / development – social media – Psyops complex. Some detailed investigative reporting. Propagated ideas about anti-establishment activity and players are inverted and it turns out they play for the covert agency world. I recommend it.

Take a look at this: IEEE Spectrum Special Report: Can We Copy the Brain?
I find it very interesting that this is receiving such a huge push from them. Will we see them working on and pushing forward engineering standards for brain interface and communications? It sure looks like it to me. And typically, when they do start to push standards out,…[Read more]-

This is interesting research but has incongruent/odd and politically driven “pitching” of its conclusions. I don’t have the same interpretaion of the study and its findings that the article and the paper do. Rather, I think they imply there are patterns in human physiology that can be “read” and that those patterns indicate preference, behavior…[Read more]
