Well, just look at today’s blog on “menstrual equality”. These poor-little-rich guys and girls are living in a world that make Lewis Carrol look banal. That’s why they (at least in the US) now appear in public only when the situation is tightly under control, or so they hope. In normal human society they would be laughed off the stage.

I will go look for my copy, hiding somewhere on my bookshelves!

The Middle Kingdom seems to have a lot of things that look like military sites in the area. Modern, not ancient.

In his monologue “Melchisedek” seems to say just about all the right things, but “galactic portals” and “the coming global awakening” are a wee bit too “New Agey”.

There will be no more Bush-style wars, but more likely a lot of covert high tech and financial monkey business. Which, unlike “conventional”, geographically circumscribed wars, can have unpleasant consequences for lots of people anywhere on the globe.

Interesting: this confirms (if we needed confirmation) that it is considered a political issue that an assembly can vote on, no matter any objective poisoning effects.
