Iām not sure where else you are going to find top Barristers, other than the City of London? Thatās where they live contrary to popular opinion the city isnāt the domain of bankers, itās the domain of law. The roots go deeper there than people imagine – layers upon layers. 99% of the events have been peaceful ; in some cases police intervened on a pretext, but in others they took off their helmets in solidarity with the people in the street. A “viral” video showing masked characters breaking a Gucci store window was quickly deflated after the perpetrators were arrested and proved to be Egyptian looters “along for the ride”.
