Not sure, but it’s that part you mention about meddling in various countries’ internal affairs (whether it’s troops or whatever else) that it sounds like to me, among other things. -

Good point… The implication of the U.N. bluster is that ideologies of racial superiority only ever happen among white people. I wonder if an examination of the Han Chinese in the People’s Republic (as just one example) would reveal any pretensions of racial or ethnic superiority.
