Thank you for the updates and I’m glad you have some shelter where you are. My uncle is in France near Troyes and although he is fine, events seems to grow in intensity across the world and I’ve resolved to try to get him to the States if I can. My wife is in Ethiopia waiting for her visa and I will be much relieved to have everyone under…[Read more] -

I’ve always considered colds and flus as a yearly update for my epigenome. There are so many things and processes we clearly don’t understand and never even considered. I don’t want to mess with that for my future children. If I’ve been unhealthy that year and it becomes uncomfortable, so be it. I know it’s a harsh reality but we are not Gods. -

I am very confused. I thought Fauci cured the flu.
I am sure they meant to say “reported COVID-like symptoms.”

Awesome to know people are doing this. I live in the Pacific NW and I made the decision not to wear a mask in public at all. I wear a face shield at work only (face shield up) as a compromise just in case someone is nervous but I have never been maltreated myself. I’ve had people try to start conversation and when I was able to ask them…[Read more]-
Marvelous to hear that you have not been accosted. It’s interesting, one of the books I am currently reading is Morphic Resonance by Rupert Sheldrake. Summarizing in a way oversimplified manner, he discusses how a species (humans included) can and do unconsciously spread information to each other. If this posit holds true, then I would…

I’ve noticed a similar pattern. Even though our infections in NSW have declined, it’s still mandatory to wear a face mask on public transport. However, there are more people not wearing them on platforms and bus depots (that also form part of the mandate). I only cover my mouth and leave my nose free to breathe. Having a sense of freedom…

As @joseph has said many times, discretion is the better part of valour.
A few articles are circling about a “Social Media Hacks” that details how Gab has been hacked and most if not all of its data may have been compromised. Here is a commenter’s response to the news:
“The answer is very simple. Never post or comment anything that you would be…[Read more] -

Ya, it’s an interesting way to get around Moore’s law. As I reread my comment, I really didn’t explain it well enough but the article that I was commenting on describes a process where the QEC takes a raw signal from the quantum hardware and modulates it as resistor, transistor and other physical components modulate an electrical signal in…[Read more]-

But in practice?
That’s the rub between virtual and reality.
They’re not the same; yet they can virtually do the same things abstrctly.
That’s why I loved your concept!
And, perhaps there has been a proof of concept undertaken by them.

It’s weird but this article reminds me a little of CERN’s signal processing. QEC (Quantum Error Correction) or acceptable predetermined parameter is fairly reminiscent of what I’ve heard of the signal processing of the sensors for the super collider where the output of the collider is first run through filters that alter the r…[Read more]-

The more information is digitalised and removed from the scrutiny of human consciousness, the more it will sink into chaos, pulling its devotees with it.

I hate to say it;
but loved the “virtualize hardware” concept!
Also, conversely; Dana’ reply, also nails it!-

All about profit?
What happened to a good old fashioned well-maintained & updated public utility infrastructure to keep America competitive in a world market?
Absentee owners?
Foreign owners?
Or, both? -
I can attest that CA is a third world country in regard to infrastructure. We Know we will experience power outages; a lot of people here in the mountains where I reside have generators because of this. I have two and I keep multiple gas cans filled and a siphon ready to drain the vehicles. It is sad to hear that TX and other states in the…

I’m as worried about the exodus out of CA and NY as anybody, but I don’t think a few months is enough time to put all the pieces in place for this kind of screw-up. It’s part of a much bigger agenda. In the meantime, nation-states like the U.S. are there to be economically harvested. Things like infrastructure quality or usefulness to the…

Considering how much missiles changed air to air combat I can’t determine if laser cannons should be thought of instantaneous missiles or something else. I’m leaning towards something else because unlike missiles I’m not aware of any countermeasures towards laser cannons. I suspect we’ll soon find out what shielding capabilities exit, if…
