    I ordered a pair of pants from China just at the beginning of March before all the madness, and they arrived two days ago…

    If it’s taking that long to send international packages, then how long ago were these seeds sent?

  • Just got a small package in the mail apparently from Suzhou Jiangsu China, it is labeled as untracked and the description is a necklace. I opened it cautiously and it is a package of seeds. They’re in Massachusetts now.

    A number of questions arise:

    • The question absolutely starts with “If US Customs”… I tried to send a letter to Europe and it was in US Customs for 3 months (it was JUST a letter that needed a signature at the other end.) So what gives?

    • Francis A. Yates – The Occult Philosophy in the Elizabethan Age, is a good place to start for this period that introduces you to the variety of concepts, ideas, art, etc, of the period. It’s a starting point, others may have some suggestions as well.

    • Francesco Petrarca, of the Italian Renaissance. A great place to start.
