Hi iZeta! I think that might have been Sue aka Freefall asking about wheat and cheetahs. Apparently cheetahs are all genetically the same, like rats bred for experiments in a lab. And are they some weird sort of canine-feline hybrid? Possible vidchat question was going to be about the origin of domesticated animals. Such as, did we have…[Read more]

@jamesfee Gday James how are you?
Just wondering how the engine in the Mustang is coming along? It’s been a few months since we last spoke. I went to a Mustang show here in Canberra recently. Remind me – you have a 67 fastback? I don’t know my Mustangs as well as my Chevs but I do notice your grill doesn’t have the pony or the fog-lamps. Is…[Read more]-
Hi Tim,
Doing fine here, though digging out of a freak March snowstorm. I have my car up on jackstands trying to pull the motor when the weather breaks – its a smallblock Ford stroker (347 cid) with what I believe to be a bad rod bearing. The car is actually a 1966 Shelby Mustang (GT-350) which gave it a slightly different grill treatment than…[Read more] -
A 66 Shelby Mustang. Wow, I didn’t realize. Good luck with the bad rod bearing.

Watched Mirage Men, thanks IT buddy Linz for downloading it, interesting to see faces put to names. Mr B aka Walter Bosley’s lovely long locks was worth the price of admission, but I can imagine he’s not too thrilled with the accusation of “muddying the waters” and lumped in with the likes of Rick Doty, who insists he attends the Laughlin Nevada…[Read more]

Just finished “Mirage Men” by Mark Pilkington and my only criticism would be that he doesn’t seem to have read Nick Cook’s “The Hunt For Zero Point” and considered that anti-gravity may well have been developed in the black and off the books. His impressions of the notorious Rick Doty and Walter Bosley are priceless. Can’t wait to see the…[Read more]

Had to drop everything to read Walter’s new book A Shimmering Light. Which I haven’t quite finished yet but am enjoying immensely. Well done Mr B.

Came in late but still another great vidchat. Sekret Machines wasn’t a bad read, as thrillers go, I suppose I care enough about the characters to wonder what will happen to them next? Locusts landing on the White House lawn? We shall see.

I lied. I have started reading Sekret Machines before rereading Nazi International. Dr Joseph I hope you understand!

Thanks NW, I did check that out. Interesting observations. But I’m not familiar with Paul Feig?

I’ve finally bitten the bullet and I’m going to read Tom DeLonge’s Sekret Machines. I think there’s another writer involved as well. But not before I’ve reread Nazi International.

Spells from celestial deities eh? Sounds like Dee and Kelly. I wonder if there’s a Mrs Dr Strange.
I did see Mr Cabbagepatch playing Van Gogh in a BBC production a few years ago and he was pretty good in that. I don’t go to the movies all that much. I prefer dvd’s at home so I can smoke, scratch my bum and stretch my legs. But I’m quite happy to…[Read more]-
I prefer DVDs too. I like to smoke my pipe while I watch, can’t do that in the theaters. I actually wrote a big essay about Nietzsche, ubermensch, superhero movies and mass shooters. Check it out!

You mean some creature came along and took a wild undompted species and tinkered with them genetically until they got a docile, ‘smarter’ smaller version? No.. its not possible. That never happens.. (Im being sarcastic)
