Do you remember as a kid in America when all the larger grocery stores had a gizmo where you could test your vacuum tubes? If it was bad, the same gizmo had drawers full of them so that you could buy the replacement.

Dana, I have been raising the issue occasionally. They get away with “murder”! No helmets, on the sidewalk, more than one rider at a time, no motor vehicle insurance, no motor vehicle registration, no motor vehicle taxes, violate common courtesies, violation of different laws, etc. etc.. -
