My experience with this type of injury is to be very careful for at least 1 week. Then once healing takes hold gently exercise the area but not too much. Increasing turmeric also helps. I have slight ‘tennis elbow’ which I never had before… -

it is reported that Lieber has cancer and is sick.

Bonfire of the vanities aside, it did sort of make fun of someone garbling the argument (I feel sorry for gomer’s aide who should have known the swamp rule to never prep a mid weight intellectual for an appearance with nuanced details) but the laughter alone should be preserved.-

I suppose, but given the sheer malevolence of the deep state, it’s a lot easier for me to buy them simply setting the whole thing up as a cover for various agenda that they have clearly ( via predictive programming ) set up the naive masses to accept ( i.e. no ownership society, no meat, digital currency, vaccine passports, etc. ).

i dont agree – the corporations work alonside the CIA to run the covert goverment. CIA being a convenient shorthand. The CIA/Deep State aristocracy doesn’t take orders from corporations, they have mutual interests- ergo fascism.
