Sadly this has been known for many years. I first heard about the problems with hormones and xeno-oestrogen from contraceptive pills, pesticides, fertilizers, etc. in about 2003/4. There were already studies then showing that the males of certain species in nature (fish, frogs, etc.) were increasingly not developing normal sex organs.
I heard…[Read more] -

Also, when I spoke to my husband about it (he is Italian) we concluded that while people there can still have their caffe and cornetto (morning pastry), there would be little chance of significant public outcry.

Good point….. so perhaps an unconscious / subconscious mental process that says something like: “I see images like this on TV and in films and they are not real, so this is not “real” either”?
Or alternatively, the old Roman idea of bread and circuses. -

I have just returned from a ten day holiday in Italy. I was last there 2 years ago. Some observations:
– Extraordinary police presence in Cagliari, Sardinia for G7/8 meeting (not sure whether it was 7 or 8).
I don’t know what they were expecting from what seemed to be an uninterested local population, but there were a huge number of police all…[Read more]-
There is some doubt as to whether those rifles are actually loaded…

But people ARE too indifferent about this, being too used to the “società dello spettacolo” (entertainment society)

Very true. If for some reason Brussels banned coffee imports, Italy would be out of the EU in about five minutes

I grew up in South Africa as a child in the 1980s and well remember the state of emergency there. Should have been called a “state of inhumanity”.
Some history:
““In 1960 the emergency was imposed so that the state could implement its apartheid policies,” reads an article which appeared in Isizwe (1986). The article also illustrates how the Nat…[Read more] -

Well, well. If this is true, it certainly could be a motivation for the recent Saudi-UAE-Egypt-etc. (US Mid East alliance players) actions. But is it true, disinfo, or both?

And the interesting question…. why announce and share this now? I am sure the Argentine authorities have known about similar caches. Timed with soomething else perhaps? Who is sending a message to who?

Yes, the media has already moved on here… if it spends any time on it at all, it is just to report “logistical” updates. No analysis or interpretation.

I live as an expat in the Middle East – in the UAE. I would never describe myself as politically connected or “in the know”. However, there is some word on the expat street here that the situation with Qatar is…[Read more]

While not having any special information, and not reading Arabic, my sensation is that in a few weeks time the media will have forgotten about this crisis just like they have forgotten those Tomahawk missiles in Syria (one would say that they have been “mind-wiped”). To be added to the list of Saudi regime failures…

I highly recommend this article on Saudi Arabia. It provides context and history to paint a broad stroke portrait:

Interesting chat with Scott Adams on the Joe Rogan Experience. They talk of Trump and Hillary and Adams analyses drawing on his training as a hypnotist ( I did not know he had). They also talk about other topics but I did not listen to the full three hour show.

I am not American but South African (living in Dubai) and have to say I feel similarly “behind the curve” on historical knowledge. At school, history was presented as a dull, tedious subject with no relevance to today’s world, hence I opted for other subjects (science and languages mainly)…. Well, hopefully, it is not too late to catch up a…[Read more]

We can only lean what we’ve been taught.. I’m still trying to wrap my head around scalar physics, but the rest of it makes perfect sense. Especially once you get past the RAGE of finding out how much we’ve been lied to.. 🙂 lol Just joking.. I havent calmed down yet hahaha Having said that, since starting down the path, I’ve picked up…[Read more]

I know how you all feel. I found this site and from it I learned how little i really know about history, science and so much more. I’ve got a lot more to learn. but hopefully we can help each other learn more about the real world. One idea i have is we can star by posting a list of the books we read. that might help. what do you all think??

Indeed it seems they have. I wonder how much of their ” intractable” nature on some issues – such as Syria – stems from this single lesson?

Interesting reading about the intelligence world…. “Total Espionage” by Curt Reiss. Online pdf copy (I believe it’s out of copyright as it was printed in 1941)
https://mikemcclaughry.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/total-espionage-curt-riess.pdf-
“0f the British Intelligence Service it may be said that it failed because it was hampered by its own government.”
They learnt their lessons well 🙂-

I don’t know when I’ll be able to work the reading of this book into my schedule, but somehow I’ll have to, as I started reading the pdf copy and found that it has the ‘feel’ of a very interesting book.
Thank you, Cara.

Well this protest by “healthcare providers” and funeral directors against a Texas rule for mandated burial or cremation of aborted fetuses might cause one to speculate about what nefarious ends they may be put to….

Hi MercuriAl,
Wow, thanks for the message and update here. One could almost say there is an intent for this book not to find new readers with your message being misdirected…hmm.
I’ll keep it my low level “radar” on for it while I’m reading Walter Bosley’s books and we’ll see if anything “pings”.
Cheers
