Here in the magical Oz, in particular NSW, our health department has stopped for reporting the influenza stats since March 2020. My last cold took 2 weeks to finish. I took about 4 g vitamin c per day for 4 weeks. Hubby was the same, but took much longer to finish. My diet is about 80% fruit vegetables and whole grains, which I think is the main reason I got over it quickly. It was only a cold but still pretty miserable. Hope you feel better soon.
