Here in Texas, we either have drought and have to keep carrying water to livestock followed by 10″ of rain in an hour that carries off your main connection to town, concrete bridge, your neighbors livestock, and it takes a few years to put everything back together. If you see the article I listed below about vaccinations (starts out about a book on Autism that Amazon has banned), there is a pediatrician in Oregon who had the same county demand only to find that the measles was NOT the kind gotten from community contact. People need to be VERY vigilant and very concerned.
