Cicero as “Fake News”, well, I think I’ve heard it all. Caesar as the “Saviour” of the debt crisis? He would know, considering he was a part of those who generated that national debt, but more importantly, he had large amounts of personal debt that he was never going to be able to pay back barring some newfound migrant pillaging opportuni…

Nothing solves a debt crisis like slaughtering a few hundred thousand Gauls and the like.

Julius Caesar fought the Gallic Wars to pay off his massive debts with vast amounts of loot. He also boosted his political career. The hecatombs of Gaul men, women, children Gaul enabled Rome to secure the natural border of the Rhine river.

If you are interested in learning these skill/methods, I can share a source. Nothing is easy, you will need to study and apply the material, as I’m sure Armstrong’s methods will as well. The material/books and software do cost money, but the return is emence. What you gain from this is truly nomadic wealth, you can trade from anywhere…[Read more] -

I’m not much of a philosophy student, but I appreciate, and am impressed by, the effort and thought you put into what you’re sharing. (I remember an “intro to philosophy” course where, many years ago, I tried — quite in vain — to grasp what the likes of Kant, Heidegger, and Hegel were trying to say. A hopeless task, for me.)
-
With any of the Philosophers, it’s largely a matter of finding a way in, once you’re in you’ll get acclimated and find lots of things to bid you to go deeper. When it comes to Heidegger, I have a suggestion for you. There’s a podcast called, “Entitled Opinions” out of Stanford, helmed by one of my favorite Academics ever, Robert Pogue…

Thanks for this bit of information. Thorne was a good company, even if expensive. I think their standards are very high, but this connection to Big Pharma is disturbing.

BTW, I often use this as one of my references when choosing supplement brands (small subscription fee, but more than worth it if you take a lot of supplements): https://www.consumerlab.com/
They test a whole slew of different supplements to see if they contain what’s listed on the label and test for certain contaminants as well.-
I visited the site. The article I read was a bit disconcerting.
https://www.consumerlab.com/answers/comparison-of-covid-19-vaccines/covid-19-vaccines/-
I should’ve warned – you need to ignore most of their pronouncements and conclusions, as they’re usually very mainstream. However, what’s rare, and useful (for me at any rate), is the raw lab results when they test particular supplements. Those are found in the “Products Review” section, which is virtually the only part of the site I use.
