Interesting and encouraging; but they have ways of making the “vaccine” compulsory in effect without making it explicitly compulsory in law. One to watch.-
I think we are moving into the age of responsibility; as oligarchs attempt to control the population by infantilizing people, some may have a role to inform and warn others, but if at this stage of the game, lots seem set to become “willing victims”, that will be their fate…

My experience with this type of injury is to be very careful for at least 1 week. Then once healing takes hold gently exercise the area but not too much. Increasing turmeric also helps. I have slight ‘tennis elbow’ which I never had before…
